Program Aims

Students are prepared for careers in the strategic communication field, which includes advertising and public relations agencies as well as varied private, public and non-profit organizations. Students learn theoretical and creative strategies and techniques for communicating with various audiences and stakeholders using traditional as well as new and emerging media. Students acquire leadership, writing, and creative skills working with student-managed public relations and advertising campus chapters.
