Multimedia Communication, Bachelor of Arts, Audio Production Track
Students are prepared for careers audio production, which may include work in radio, television, podcasting, film, video games, apps, and music production. They explore digital audio editing and examine the dramatic role of music and sound design, focusing on how they enhance scene structure, emotional arcs, and storytelling in dramatic films, documentaries, interactive applications, and gaming environments. They learn about emerging digital tools and how to produce, direct, and shoot in the field and in a studio. Students practice leadership skills, editing and production at student-managed media organizations.
