ART 606I Green Piece: Art and Nature in America

In-depth examination of connection between art and natural history in America from the time of the early explorer naturalists to contemporary earth artists. This jointly taught studio and art history course combines fieldwork with historical readings and discussions. (This number registers the student for an art history elective.) Normally offered in Spring semester only.
