EDUC 549 Law and the School
his course serves as an introduction to school law. It seeks to provide an overview of basic principles of law in areas particularly vital to school operation. Cases, decisions, and laws that impact every day administrative planning and decision making will be stressed. Legal issues affecting both public and private schools will be explored.
