Topics include diversity and multicultural issues in the workplace, personality and its relationship to personnel selection, retention, productivity, and job satisfaction, organizational structure and development, culture, intervention strategies, change management, power, motivation, leadership, quality of worklife, group/team processes, employment law, recruitment techniques, and performance management.
