ART 399LL ST: Art & Identity in the United States
This course will focus on underrepresented groups and the art created by and about these individuals in the United States between the 19th and 21st centuries. Throughout this course we will look at communities identified by race, gender, disability, and/or sexuality and how art has shaped Americans' cultural attitudes towards these fellow Americans.
