Develops teaching strategies, PK-4 curriculum elements, and instructional resources in the context of research while modeling best practice. Requires related field experience participation. Social studies instruction that promotes informed, responsible citizenship in a plural?istic society. Emphasis on interdisciplinary approaches, Pennsylvania Academic and NCSS Curriculum Standards.
