ND 300 Theory of Medical Nutrition Therapy I

A didactic study of the profession and practice of nutrition and dietetics, including the roles of dietitians and other health members in patient care and the nutritional care process. Classroom and simulated experience in nutritional assessment, interviewing, implementing nutritional care and documenting in medical records will be completed. Suggested prior courses: N D 112 and ND 213. Normally offered in Spring semester only.
