The Office of Student Disability Services assists Marywood University in ensuring that qualified students with disabilities are afforded and given access to the same or equal educational opportunities available to other University students, as mandated by Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 as amended by the ADA Amendments Act of 2008.
