EVST 200 Climate Change

EVST 200 is a foundational course for all Environmental Studies students. It will provide a comprehensive and interdisciplinary look at the problem of climate change. The course will begin with an examination of the science, and then will mve to a discussion and analysis of our various ethical obligations (individual, national, international, intergenerational, etc) in this context, with a strong emphasis placed on identifying and considering the interests of the most vulnerable. The course will close with an exploration of how these ethical concerns can be addressed in policy and advocacy around climate change.
