HIST 445B ST: Ghana
Immersive special topics course on the culture of Ghana, West Africa. This is a pre-service course to prepare students for the in-country service learning experience in Ghana. Marywood students will travel together with students from Chestnut Hill College as one cohort for the trip to Ghana. While in Ghana students will have the opportunity to work with traditional school-aged students as well as students and adults with learning?and physical?disabilities. While the bulk of the experience will take place in Cape Coast, students will have the opportunity?to tour Ghana's capital city, Accra, and other points of interest.
