Executive Master of Nonprofit Leadership and Public Management (ENLPM)

Marywood University also offers an Executive Master of Nonprofit Leadership and Public Management degree option (ENLPM). This path is specifically designed for career professionals in the public, nonprofit, and private sectors who are seeking graduate education and a degree in public policy and administration without taking time off from their careers.

The ENLPM brings together Marywood University’s expertise in professional studies with individuals and groups seeking to address challenging administrative issues in the public, nonprofit, and private sectors. The degree program, designed for working professionals with at least five years of post-bachelor’s degree experience, provides students with rigorous interdisciplinary training in management and administrative science.

Students attend online PADM classes designed to fit their demanding professional lives while deploying their newly learned skills and knowledge in their chosen work. Engagement with practitioners in class is embedded into the curriculum and allows for practical application of skills alongside theoretical applications. Students can complete the 18 credit hours (6 courses) required by the program in two semesters and earn the Master of Nonprofit Leadership and Public Management from Marywood University.
