Educational Technology Services (ETS) offers guidance and support to faculty, students, and staff in leveraging instructional technology for various academic purposes, including the creation, organization, analysis, and presentation of scholarly materials. Our team is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and communicative environment throughout the University.
Our primary objective is to enhance the student learning experience by empowering faculty with educational technology tools and resources. Specifically, Educational Technology Services:
- Provides consultation services to faculty, students, and staff, integrating academic and instructional needs into strategic and tactical planning processes.
- Offers guidance to faculty and students on emerging trends in instructional technology and best practices in online pedagogy.
- Evaluates and optimizes the utilization of learning management systems to ensure maximum effectiveness within available resources.
- Conducts training sessions on campus-wide software solutions and procedures.
- Offers frontline technology support through the Marywood Help Desk.
