SPED 525 Adapted Physical Education
This course focuses on providing adapted physical education to students with exceptionalities. Typical and atypical growth and development, motor learning, and the psycho-social factors affecting students with exceptionalities will be analyzed. Planning, operating, teaching, and evaluation of students with exceptionalities will be developed. The etiology and pathology of exceptionalities will be discussed as they relate to the intervention strategies that will be provided.
