CM 110 Introduction to Construction Management
This course introduces students to Construction Management by providing a detailed walkthrough of each stage of the construction process. It will start with an overview of the subject, and will then proceed to focus on specific aspects of the job, from bidding processes and contracts, to team management and project planning.
