RST 212 Theology and Philosophy

This course will explore the relationship between philosophy and theology, especially as found in the Christian tradition. The Jewish and Islamic traditions will also receive some attention. Possible topics include divine revelation, faith and reason, religion and science, asceticism, the existence of God, religious language, mystical experience, and modern atheism.
