RST H250L ST: Sacred Time/Sacred Arts

This course explores how religions around the world embody their faith through rituals. Special attention is paid to sacred acts that are associated with important moments in human life and to the way in which sacred time is structured by daily, weekly, and yearly patterns of prayer.
