ART 424 Intermediate Illustration: Book

Aesthetic consideration of "marrying" literature and illustration. Technical aspects and appropriate techniques for each genre of storywriting are explored. Illustration exercises are based on simple phrases and lead to the design and illustration of a 16-page original book, the dummy, and a finished spread. Normally offered in Fall semester only.
