ND 379D Food Systems Management II: Layout & Equipment

Involves classroom experience in layout and equipment, including computer applications. Divided into 379A Human Relations, 379B Purchasing, 379C Cost Control and Financial Management, and 379D Layout and Equipment.  Suggested prior courses: ND 138, ND 301A, B, C, or ND 309. Normally offered in Spring semester only.
