Associate of Applied Science in Surveying, A.A.S.SURV.
The Associate of Applied Science in Surveying (AAS-SURV) at Marywood is a two-year degree program that fulfills the degree requirement to become a licensed land surveyor in Pennsylvania. In addition to the degree requirement, licensed land surveyors must complete four years of land surveyor-in-training experience and pass two exams.

The Surveying curriculum includes the following curricular sequences listed below. Please email the MUSOA Director at architecture@marywood.edu for a recommended, semester-by-semester curriculum tracker outlining the two-year program.
Marywood offers advanced standing in their Bachelor of Science in Construction Management (BSCM) degree for students with the AAS in Surveying (AAS-SURV) degree. Students may complete the AAS-SURV in two years plus the remaining coursework in the BSCM in two additional years.
To become a Certified Construction Manager (CCM), the Construction Management Association of America (CMMA) requires a combination of an accredited AEC degree, Responsible in Charge (RIC) experience hours, and certification exams administered by the Construction Manager Certification Institute (CMCI).

* MATH 160 and PHYS 140 are required to fulfill Core requirements for Bachelor of Science in Construction Management students. Equivalent or higher courses will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
** Program Electives shall be selected from Architecture, Business, Construction Management, Economics, Environmental Science, Interior Architecture, Virtual Architecture, and other courses approved by the MUSOA Director. Program Electives shall not be otherwise required courses in the Associate of Applied Science in Surveying degree program.
