International Business Requirements (21 credits)
In addition to their regular advising appointments with faculty in the School of Business, students must also meet with an adviser in Modern Languages to maintain progress towards graduation. Students must take 21 credits of a language starting with SPAN 250 or above depending on placement. Students who want to study Spanish can complete all courses at Marywood. Students in French can take an intermediate level course at Marywood, then the rest of their requirements through study abroad or the consortium with the University of Scranton. For other languages, we have a partnership with the University of Scranton to offer additional possibilities (see their catalog for course offerings) or students may study abroad.

NOTE: Students who begin study beyond the 250 level will take additional Spanish electives to get to the required number of 21 credits.
NOTE: Students who begin study below the 250 level MUST begin study during their first year.
