PA 302 Clinical Correlations II

Clinical Correlations II is the second of a two-course series. Students are encouraged to use critical thinking skills as well as incorporate information learned in other courses to develop a foundation to practice primary care medicine. During this course students have the opportunity to develop competencies in writing prescriptions, consult notes, consult reports, operative notes, operative reports, and hospital admission and discharge documentation. Students practice and are tested on OSCEs (objective structured clinical examinations). Each student participates in one or more community experiences per semester.
